Task Scheduler

Open Your "Explore" by Holding down your "Windows" key hitting your 'e' key once.

You should see something similar to this

Scroll down and highlite "Scheduled Tasks"

Double click on the "Add Scheduled Task" in the right hand pane

First Screen

Just Click Next

Second Screen

Pick the Program You want to schedule, like ScanDisk, or a Virus Scan, perhaps.

Third Screen

Type in Any Name YOU want, or leave it. Also pick how often you want it to run.

Fourth Screen

Here, You pick the time you want to run it. Whether you want it to run Weekdays, daily, or Every so many days

Last Screen

Just Click Finish

It will now run on the day or days and times you set.
You can "Edit" a Scheduled Task to change when it starts or how often
or You can delete the old one and make a new one by doing the above
