Designer Ladys PC How Tos

IMPORTANT NOTE
Please Note that these tutorials work for most Windows® Operating Systems and most Internet Explorer Versions.

The terms or locations may be slightly different, but you'll see that most of the info I have here is how to do a few basic things that you should know how to do.
If you are totally new to the PC and E-Mail, please do read the "Email Section". There are some things you really should know before using it, they call "Netiquette". It would be good for you to go through them.
Also Maintenance and Protection! These are key to keeping your files and PC safe!!

If you are new to Windows 7® (just got mine 8/26/10), the best tutorial is below. My BFF sent the link to me and it saved me from using a lot of bad words.
Top Windows Tutorials

It's quite a bit different than what I am use to in my XP in "Classic Mode", but I can basically do the same things. Just have to learn different ways of doing them. You CAN 'teach an old dog new tricks', if they are willing to try!! If I can learn it, I think pretty much everyone can.

I have used, or at least tried (hated Vista and replaced it with XP) every OS System Windows® has put out, and I have to still say XP is the best, but this is the best tutorial on 7, hands down. For me to try to add more or duplicate information would be a waste of everyone's time!

Below, you'll find a list of "How To's". You should learn most of this stuff to be comfortable and protected while using your PC. It's not difficult. It's a matter of repetition. I have to look to Write "How To Do It" now, and I've never had a PC Class or even read a book on it. I learned it on my own, and now I just do it automatically. You will, too.

Please try to go through all of the categories. By doing this, you will learn more perhaps then just the basic subject.
